Zusammenfassung

Nimble Gravity, an AI and data consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute day-to-day marketing initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects. This hands-on role focuses on bringing campaigns, content, events, and programs to life, while aligning with business priorities.

You will partner with the CRO, Head of Product, and Growth team to support go-to-market efforts, ABM initiatives, and thought leadership.

Qualifikationen

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing tools is preferred.

Aufgaben

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Support ABM initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Assist with partner marketing initiatives and joint marketing programs.
  • Draft and coordinate blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.
  • Coordinate executive thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, webinars, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition programs.
  • Help ensure content aligns with Nimble Gravity's messaging and brand standards.
  • Partner with the Head of Product to develop and execute go to market communications for new offerings, capabilities, and product enhancements.
  • Support the Growth team with campaign materials, messaging, presentations, and sales enablement resources.
  • Conduct light market and competitive research to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate webinars, conferences, customer events, and partner marketing activities.
  • Manage event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, and post-event communications.
  • Support follow-up activities and reporting for marketing events.
  • Coordinate projects across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Track deliverables, manage timelines, and proactively identify roadblocks.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and project documentation.
  • Help improve marketing processes, workflows, and team organization.
  • Track campaign performance and marketing metrics.
  • Prepare weekly marketing updates and monthly performance summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and execution.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Specialist based in the US who enjoys turning ideas into action. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on execution, collaboration, and keeping multiple initiatives moving simultaneously.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Product, and members of the Growth team to coordinate marketing activities that support business development, product marketing, thought leadership, and brand awareness.

Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating day‑to‑day marketing initiatives that support company growth. This role serves as the operational hub for marketing, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and cross‑functional projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities.

Success in this role comes from being resourceful, organized, and action oriented. You don’t need to own the marketing strategy, but you do need to know how to bring it to life through thoughtful execution and strong project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Supportaccount basedmarketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Assistwith partner marketing initiatives and joint marketing programs.
Content & Communications
  • Draft and coordinate blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.
  • Coordinate executive thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, webinars, speaking opportunities, industry recognition programs, and social content.
  • Assist in developing customer success stories, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Help ensure all content aligns with Nimble Gravity’s messaging, positioning, and brand standards.
Product & GrowthMarketing
  • Partner with the Head of Product to develop and execute go to market communications for new offerings, capabilities, and product enhancements.
  • Support the Growth team with campaign materials, messaging, presentations, and sales enablement resources.
  • Conduct light market and competitive research to support marketing initiatives.
Events & Partner Programs
  • Coordinate webinars, conferences, customer events, and partner marketing activities.
