Zusammenfassung

UTA Edenred sucht einen Marketing Project Manager (alle Geschlechter) für die Region Frankfurt. Sie steuern zentrale Marketingprojekte, koordinieren Sales-Organisationen in Europa, erstellen Briefings, priorisieren Vorhaben und begleiten Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder vergleichbar mit und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing- und Kampagnenmanagement.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Projekterfahrung in einer Unternehmensumgebung, idealerweise im Mobilitätsdienstleistungsbereich, mit soliden Kenntnissen klassischer und agiler Methoden.
• Erfahrung im Marketing und/oder Kampagnenmanagement, Verständnis von Kampagnen, Lead-Generierung, Funnel-Logik und Vertriebsprozessen.
• Erfahrung in internationalen, matrixorganisierten Umgebungen und Sicherheit im Koordinieren von Stakeholdern über Funktionen und Märkte.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Kollaborationstools, Interesse an AI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen.
• Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Fähigkeit, Klarheit zu schaffen, Ergebnisse zu liefern und Prioritäten zu steuern.

Aufgaben

• Als zentrale Ansprechstelle für Marketinganfragen aus Vertriebsorganisationen in Europa, Unterstützung von Kampagnen, Vertriebsunterlagen, lokale Activations, Produkteinführungen, Events und Kundenkommunikation.
• Aus incoming Anfragen klare Briefings ableiten, Bedarf, Umfang, Deliverables, Verantwortliche und Zeitpläne definieren.
• Portfolio-Priorisierung zusammen mit Sales Excellence basierend auf Business Impact, Kosten und Zeit bis zur Umsetzung.
• Marketingprojekte end-to-end steuern, passende Vorgehensweise auswählen – von strukturierter Planung bis zu agilen Sprints.
• Projekte voranbringen durch Agenda setzen, Stakeholder koordinieren, Verantwortlichkeiten zuweisen, Fristen überwachen und Entscheidungen sicherstellen.
• Prägnante Managementreports erstellen, Transparenz über Fortschritt, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Blocker, Steering Committees unterstützen.

Marketing Project Manager (all genders)

Fixed-Term full-time, fixed term position in our Division Marketing in the Frankfurt metropolitan area as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Act as the central point of contact for marketing requests from sales organisations across Europe, covering campaign support, sales materials, local activations, product launches, events and customer communications
• Turn incoming requests into clear, actionable briefs by defining the actual need, scope, deliverables, owners and timelines
• Prioritise the marketing project portfolio together with Sales Excellence based on business impact, cost and time to deliver, with clear communication on priorities and tradeoffs
• Manage marketing projects end to end, choosing the right approach for each project — from structured planning and milestone tracking to agile sprints
• Drive projects forward by setting agendas, coordinating stakeholders, assigning owners, tracking deadlines and ensuring decisions and follow-ups lead to delivery
• Create concise management reporting that provides transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and blockers, while supporting steering committees and management meetings and coordinating follow-ups across Marketing & Sales Excellence

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of project management experience in a corporate environment, ideally in the mobility services industry, with solid expertise in both classical and agile methods and the ability to combine them pragmatically
• Experience in marketing and/or campaign management, with a good understanding of campaigns, lead generation, funnel logic and sales processes
• Experience in international, matrix-organised environments and confidence in coordinating stakeholders across functions and markets
• Confident use of project management and collaboration tools, combined with an interest in AI-supported ways of working
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity, drive results without direct authority and manage priorities and senior stakeholders with confidence
• Commercial mindset, high ownership and reliability, with a pragmatic and proactive approach
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
