Flibco.com, part of the Flix ecosystem, is expanding its marketing footprint in Germany and Munich. We seek a motivated, autonomous marketing professional who will own and grow our Germany market, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will define and implement a strategy that accelerates brand growth, optimize digital campaigns, and build local partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• A demonstrable experience in marketing of at least 4 to 7 years.
• Solution-oriented work style to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
• Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Ideally some basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy in Germany
• Your main tasks will be to define and implement a marketing strategy which impacts sales and brand growth, monitor the competition, and support the expansion of our service in new locations
• You monitor and improve digital marketing campaigns with the help of internal experts and best in class digital marketing agencies
• You support the local teams with marketing materials
• You set up and participate to local events
• You conceive and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collaterals
• You ensure strong and consistent brand representation in the market
• You create regular reports about evolution and impact of the marketing initiatives

What we are looking for:

• A demonstrated experience in marketing of at least 4 to 7 years
• You have a solution‑oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast‑growing work environment
• Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc
