• Communication with our customers: You are the first point of contact on site, conduct preliminary discussions, provide updates and represent OMS Retail professionally.
• Leading & motivating your team: Depending on the project, you will manage 10-70 employees, train and support them and create a productive, motivating environment.
• Responsibility for the success of the project: Whether it's inventories or ESL installations - you ensure smooth processes, adhere to schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.

How do you become a team leader?

Your path to leadership

At OMS Retail, you can start as a manager in two ways: either as a new team member or by developing from the existing team.
As a team leader, you have certain prerequisites or are willing to learn them: you are the central point of contact for our customers, mainly in German-speaking countries, and should therefore have a good command of German. Your tasks will also include employee management, conflict management and exemplifying our corporate values.

Our range of training courses

During two intensive workshop days before the peak season, you will learn everything you need to know about employee management, company values, communication and expectations of the role of team leader.

Train on the job

Our project managers will provide you with intensive on-site support. During this training phase, you will get to know processes, learn what is important and gain confidence in dealing with customers and the team.

Language courses

Depending on the level of knowledge you already have, we will support you with language courses if necessary to improve your German and thus your communication with the customer.
