Zusammenfassung

GARDENA GmbH seeks an experienced Demand Planning lead to drive the DP workstream within our Logility implementation. You will act as the primary interface between business, IT and implementation partners to shape the future‑state demand planning processes.

Responsibilities include managing milestones, data prep, validation and testing (UAT), cutover readiness and hypercare, while ensuring alignment of business requirements with system design and program scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with Logility (Demand Planning module).
• End-to-end Logility implementation experience including design, build, testing (UAT), cutover and hypercare.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning.
• Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, KPI frameworks.
• Experience with planning data structures, master data, and validation/testing.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation projects with IT and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery in fast-paced environments.

• Minimum 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning, with strong system‑driven planning exposure
• Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand planning processes and KPI frameworks
• Strong experience working with planning data structures, master data, and validation/testing in system implementations
• Proven track record of leading or representing the business in cross‑functional transformation projects involving IT and external partners
• Strong stakeholder management, ownership mindset and ability to drive delivery in complex, fast‑paced project environments
