Zusammenfassung

Real is seeking a Manager Quality Control Systems & SAP QM (m/f/d) to join a highly regulated GMP environment. You will lead SAP QM processes, support S/4HANA initiatives, and drive digital transformation across quality operations.

You will collaborate with Quality, QC, IT and external partners, oversee validation activities, document specifications, and provide expert SAP guidance in an international, collaborative setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics or Life Sciences.
• Several years of experience with SAP QM and QC processes.
• Experience supporting SAP projects, system enhancements or digitalisation initiatives.

We are currently supporting a global pharmaceutical company in the search for a Manager Quality Control Systems & SAP QM (m/f/d) to join a highly regulated GMP environment.

This position plays a key role in supporting and optimising Quality Control systems and SAP QM processes while contributing to digital transformation initiatives, system integrations, and continuous improvement across quality operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop SAP QM processes within the Quality Control environment
• Support the implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA functionalities
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions
• Drive digitalisation initiatives and process improvement projects
• Support system integrations between SAP and laboratory-related platforms
• Participate in test management, validation and qualification activities
• Create and maintain lifecycle documentation, including functional specifications and risk assessments
• Deliver training and provide expert guidance on SAP-related processes
• Collaborate closely with Quality, QC, IT and external implementation partners

Main Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, Life Sciences or a related discipline
• Several years of experience working with SAP QM and quality-related business processes
• Experience supporting SAP projects, system enhancements or digitalisation initiatives
• Understanding of Quality Control, Quality Systems or laboratory-related processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP integrations or SAP-driven process optimisation
• Exposure to validation, qualification or computerised systems is advantageous
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other regulated environments is beneficial
• Fluent German and English language skills
