Pathward is seeking a QC leader to oversee day-to-day QC across BSA/AML and sanctions workflows within a collaborative, hybrid team. The role requires coordinating a team of QC Analysts to maintain independence from production processes.

You will implement sampling methodologies, classify errors, escalate findings, and drive closure of effective-challenge items while partnering with leadership to uphold quality standards across review populations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and CAMS certification required.
• 6-9 years of BSA/AML experience including QA/QC or independent testing.
• 2+ years of people leadership and familiarity with alert and sanctions workflows.
