Zusammenfassung

Strongpoint Partners, a tech-enabled retirement services platform, seeks a senior leader to manage a team delivering fiduciary services for retirement plan clients in Germany. You will mentor staff, maintain client relationships, resolve escalations, and uphold high service standards.

You will drive operational efficiency by refining workflows and service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and aligning team performance with strategic goals. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of experience in retirement plan administration, employee benefits, financial services, or client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan operations and fiduciary services.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving team accountability.
