• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline with 9+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, ISO, cGMP, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading capital equipment projects, facility expansions, or manufacturing process implementation from concept through qualification and production.
• Experience with process validation, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and risk management methodologies in a regulated environment.
• Fluency in German and English language (written and spoken).

TheManager Manufacturing & Process Engineeringis responsible for leading our team of manufacturing engineers. This role is crucial for optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations, and supporting the introduction of new products. Manager Manufacturing & Process Engineering will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing project execution, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and problem-solving within the team.

This position will report to the Director, Global Manufacturing & Process Engineering, and is part of the Global Engineering team. It will be an on-site role in Munich.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fluency in German and English language (written and spoken).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

• Manufacturing automation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), MES, SCADA, PLCs, or Industry 4.0/digital manufacturing technologies.
