FRoSTA AG in Bremen/Hamburg area is seeking a Manager Customer Supply Chain to lead and develop the Customer Operations Partner teams across markets, driving harmonisation and digitalisation of Order-to-Cash and related processes.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Planning to improve service reliability, invoice quality and cash flow, shaping a modern, integrated customer supply chain with high visibility and lasting impact.

Manager Customer Supply Chain (f/m/d)

• Leading and developing the Customer Operations Partner teams across various markets and locations (BHV, BYD, Rome), and ensuring clear standards and priorities
• Drive harmonisation, digitalisation and value creation of customer supply chain processes (e.g. Order‑to‑Cash, EDI, e‑invoicing)
• Strengthen customer collaboration and value‑added service, in close partnership with Commercial and Planning
• Ensure robust customer supply chain performance (service reliability, invoice quality, dispute levels)
• Key role in shaping a modern, integrated customer supply chain organisation
• High visibility and strong impact on customer satisfaction, cash flow and operational excellence

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain, Order‑to‑Cash or similar within a complex, customer‑focused environment (ideally FMCG)
• Proven leadership experience in cross‑market or cross‑functional teams
