Zusammenfassung

Excelitas Technologies Corp. am Standort Alzenau sucht eine/n Elektroniker/in für Industrieelektronik bzw. eine/n Wartungstechniker/in zur Instandhaltung unserer Elektrik- und Mechatroniksysteme.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Wartung, Fehlersuche und Reparaturen, Dokumentation der Arbeiten sowie die Unterstützung bei Modifikationen und Inbetriebnahmen. Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Englisch vorteilhaft.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker/in für Industrieelektronik oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in der Wartung/Instandhaltung in einem industriellen Umfeld vorteilhaft.
• Kenntnisse in Regelungs- und Antriebstechnik (z. B. PLC); Siemens S7/TIA Portal von Vorteil.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von elektrischen Systemen und Maschinen.
• Analyse von Störungen und Fehlerbehebung.
• Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen.
• Durchführung von Inspektionen gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Standards.
• Dokumentation aller Arbeiten und Maßnahmen.
• Unterstützung bei Modifikationen, Erweiterungen und Inbetriebnahmen von Anlagen und Systemen.
• Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (CIP).

The Excelitas facility in Alzenau, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution.

What You Can Expect

• Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair work on electrical systems and machinery
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Ensuring equipment availability and optimizing production processes
• Carrying out inspections in accordance with legal requirements and internal standards
• Documenting all work performed and measures taken
• Supporting modifications, expansions, and the commissioning of equipment and systems
• Contributing to continuous improvement processes (CIP)

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, electrician, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of control and drive technology (e.g., PLC; experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal is an advantage)
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Strong teamwork skills and a high level of responsibility
• Good written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English would be desirable
• Willingness to participate in an on-call duty rotation
