With 180 employees, our plant in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock is one of the largest single plants in its sector in Europe. During your two-year training as a machine and system operator, you will learn how to set up, convert and operate our machines and systems – often several at the same time. To do this, you will also prepare operating processes, check machine functions and commission machines. And to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the machine doesn’t break down after the first run, you also have to constantly monitor the (production) process – and which machines are these? We generally use injection molding machines, but they are often very different. Some have integrated robots, for example, while others work together with other machines such as an automatic ironing machine.
