• Operate document production machines.
• Prepare machines for daily production: load materials, clean up the machine.
• Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct quality checks on finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow job instructions and work orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report deviations and equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements in secure document environments.
• Support team members and shift activities to meet production goals.

• Operate document production machines
