Weave is hiring a backend engineer to design and develop ML infrastructure, tooling, and models in our data-driven platform in Germany. You will work with Go/Java/Python and cloud environments to build scalable solutions for real-time AI features.

You will help teams understand data lifecycle and experimentation, collaborate across teams, and contribute to internal products that enable AI capabilities.

• 5+ years in backend languages (Go/Java/Python).
