You already have a few years’ experience as an M&A professional and the ambition to become an independent dealmaker within the next three years. This entrepreneurial drive is part of Marktlink’s DNA. You will be responsible for a significant part of the transaction process and involved from A to Z. You have sufficient financial skills, but also a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in entrepreneurs the clients of Marktlink.

Your responsibilities

• Perform business and market analyses;
• Preparation of valuations and bid books;
• Getting to know potential buyers and sellers;
• Approaching new buyers and sellers;
• Building and maintaining the (Marktlink) network;
• Drafting financing applications and resolving financing issues;
• Broad support of the manager during projects.

Your profile

• You have completed a university degree in finance or a college degree in combination with a finance-oriented master's degree;
• At least 2 years of M&A experience;
• You are a social and entrepreneurial person with practical, strategic, tactical and commercial insight;
• In addition to strong analytical skills, you are punctual and goal-oriented;
• Demonstrable affinity with the SME sector;
• An eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills are essential;
• An excellent command of the German and English languages.
