Bramwith Consulting is supporting a modern global FMCG organisation in Düsseldorf looking for a Logistics Specialist to join its Supply Chain team. You will own logistics activities, liaise with 3PLs and internal teams, and drive efficiency across warehousing and transportation.

The opportunity:

• Take ownership of logistics activities across external logistics partners, customers and internal teams.
• Become a key point of contact for logistics matters across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and other commercial teams to ensure an efficient flow of products.
• Support digitalisation initiatives and the continued development of the company's logistics operations.
• Take responsibility for performance reporting, inventory accuracy and commercial discussions with logistics partners.
• Join a highly collaborative Supply Chain function with excellent long-term development opportunities.
• Solid experience across operational logistics within FMCG, consumer goods or a similar fast-moving environment is essential to be successful.
• Experience working with 3PLs / external logistics providers and a good understanding of warehousing and transportation.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest better solutions.
• A proactive, commercially minded individual who wants to make an impact rather than simply maintain existing processes.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be a plus.
• Fluent German (at least C1) and good English.
