Zusammenfassung

TYTAN Technologies in Munich is seeking a Logistics Specialist to design and optimize end-to-end logistics processes, develop SOPs, and ensure accurate inventory control across domestic and international shipments.

You will collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams, manage warehouse allocation, and ensure compliance with customs and Incoterms while maintaining meticulous records and driving efficiency in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience setting up or scaling logistics processes.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, customs procedures, Incoterms.
• Strong communication in German and English.
• Experience with logistics software or ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all logistics and material handling activities.
• Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation.
• Manage receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation.
• Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks.
• Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, domestic and international.
• Ensure customs requirements for material transfers outside Germany are processed.
• Manage logistics operations suppliers as required.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials across our logistics operations. You'll optimize logistics processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes

• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all logistics and material handling activities

• Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation

• Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation

• Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks

• Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international

• Ensure customs requirements are being processed for material transfers outside Germany

• Manage logistic operations suppliers as required

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment

• A proven track record in setting up or scaling logistics processes

• Solid knowledge of domestic and international shipping, including customs procedures and Incoterms

• A strong understanding of shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management

• Hands-on, process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

• Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills in German and English
