The LMOC Operator will integrate US and NATO TTPs, configure correlation systems, and manage real-time mission actions to ensure aircrew survivability and threat replication.

Qualifikationen

SAIC is seeking a Live Mission Operation Capability (LMOC) Operator (Journeyman) to support the US Air Force Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) program at the Multinational Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactics Facility Polygone in Oberambach, Germany.

(Position requires a Secret Clearance; target salary is $105k)

COBRA provides for the implementation, integration, development, and delivery of training and technology solutions to support the US Air Force, Department of Defense, and mission partner multi-domain operations (MDO) within the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) strategy.

Overview

The LMOC Operator provides advanced technicalexpertiseto enable live, mobile, and Live‑Synthetic‑Blended (LSB) Electronic Warfare (EW) Threat-to-AerospaceOperations (TTAO) training missions for U.S. and NATO units. The LMOC Operator integrates U.S. and NATO tactics, techniques, and procedures with EW threat systems, interprets operational planning documents, configures live/virtual correlation systems, and executes real‑time mission actions essential to aircrew survivability and threat‑replication training.

LMOC Operator will:

• Utilize the LMOCto execute customer-directed TTAO scenarios to achieve the desired training outcome. This includescommunicating with aircraftvia the radio,turning EW emitters on/off at the designated time,coordinatingengagementsofMan-Portable Air Defense (MANPADS)training devices,coordinatingthe detonation of pyrotechnic training devices, and providing acommon tactical picture to aircrews via Tactical Datalink Link Joint (TDL-J).
• Direct and coordinatethe actions ofJoint Threat Emitter Operators,TTAO Technicians,and M&S Analyststoaccomplishdaily local, mobile, and EW TTAO missionswith liveaircraftflying in ranges across the European continent.
• Configure the Common Tactical Picture (CTP) to correlate live and syntheticairtrack sources into a unified air and threat picture.
• Conduct simultaneous multi‑medium communications (radio,radio-over-internet-protocol, digital chat, landline) to direct operators and execute real‑time kill removal of range threat systems aligned with customer DLOs.
• Operate Government‑provided mission planning, execution, and analysis systems.
• InterpretAir Tasking Orders,Airspace Control Orders, Special Instructions,AirspaceCoordinationMeasures, and communication plans for TTAO mission execution.
• Develop mission feedback products, support mass debriefs, andmaintaincurrency with evolving U.S., NATO, and adversary tactics and capabilities.
• Serve as the technical focal point for coordination between LMOC, external mission partners, and EW system operators to ensureaccuratethreat replication.
• Participate in formal/informal training events as required/directed to maintain tactical/technical skills.
• Contract position will support anyadditionalrelated duties asrequired.

Qualifications

Required Experience/Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience working at a US/NATO EW range
• Expertise in US, NATO, and adversary TTAO TTPs
• Maintain a Technical Level II certification in accordance with DoD Directive 8570 (Security+)
• US Citizen and Active U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible for NATO Secret indoctrination.
• Bachelors and five (5) years or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the following systems: Next Generation Threat System (NGTS), Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE), Adaptable Range Exercise System (ANGEL), and Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3)
• 3+ years working in an international environment or organization
