Jobtailor seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts in medical technology and pharmaceutical contexts, coordinating cross-functional teams across development, QA, and supply. You will drive lifecycle management, manage CAPAs and deviations, and lead change projects with internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical or scientific field, e.g., Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design, or Biotechnology
• At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in a lifecycle management (LCM) environment
• Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically-related products is an advantage

• Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in agreement with internal departments
• Manage CAPAs, complaints, deviations as well as LCM and change projects in close cooperation with Quality Management and Development
