Zusammenfassung

Vivicta is seeking a motivated Lease Accountant to join our team. The role focuses on validating input data for lease contracts, generating accurate journal entries in the Lease Module, and ensuring reconciliations with General Ledger and Accounts Payable.

You will support the implementation of new lease processes and IT systems, contribute to external reporting, and participate in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Overview

Vivicta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lease Accountant to join our team. The role contributes to the development and execution of the Lease Process and offers opportunities to learn about various financing models and how they influence Vivicta's financial results and business operations. The position involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate input data from stakeholders regarding new or amended lease agreements, ensuring accuracy for further accounting processes.
• Generate and validate journal entries in the Lease Module, and perform reconciliations between the Lease Module and other ERP modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable).
• Support the implementation of new lease processes and IT systems, including participation in testing activities.
• Assist with external reporting related to lease agreements.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of accounting principles; at least 2 years of work experience in financial accounting or audit assistance.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and international accounting standards.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Fluent spoken and written English (working with foreign customers and colleagues).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• High level of work ethics and ownership of assigned tasks.
