KINEXON, a leader in Physical AI for Manufacturing & Sports, Munich, is seeking a Product Leader for our AMR fleet manager. You will own the product strategy, drive cross-functional development, and ensure alignment with market needs and customer feedback.

You will build strategic partnerships with OEM robot manufacturers, expand business opportunities, and guide a high-performing product team. Fluency in German and English is essential for collaboration with global customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in early-cycle product development.
• Demonstrated success in business development, including partnership building and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, AMR technology, and fleet management solutions.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and communication in both German and English.

• Develop and own the product strategy for our AMR fleet manager.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features and enhancements.
• Ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs.

• Build and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Understand customer needs and gather feedback to improve the product.
• Develop strong customer relationships and act as a product evangelist.

YOUR PROFILE
