ThoughtWorks is seeking a hands-on mobile engineering lead focused on React Native to lead client engagements, shape technical vision, and mentor teams. You will balance strategy with shipping quality code and collaborate closely with clients and teammates.

You will drive best practices, TDD, modern mobile architectures, and DevSecOps, while navigating constraints to deliver seamless, accessible experiences. Hybrid work and internal development programs support your growth.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in two or more mobile languages with modern UI SDKs/frameworks such as SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose or Flutter.
• Proven experience leading software teams using Agile, Lean, or continuous delivery with TDD and CI.
• Ability to influence technical direction and translate business needs into software requirements.
• Comfort designing a technical vision tied to business outcomes and navigating ambiguity.
• Understanding mobile challenges like offline operation, release cycles, accessibility and privacy.

• Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, mentor peers, and translate business needs into software requirements.
