Eliza is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to own client engagements, craft actionable execution plans, and ensure clear ownership across multiple projects. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery, setting expectations, and maintaining a strong client relationship.

You will guide solution architecture, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and maintain timely client communication from kickoff to delivery, while benefiting from equity options and a fully remote setup.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering with client-facing delivery experience.
• Deep hands-on technical credibility in Python, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience developing engineers through direct feedback.
