Oliver Bernard is seeking a Lead AI Engineer in Munich to own the design and delivery of production-grade agent systems. You will set the technical direction across AI, collaborating with customers and mentoring engineers to raise the bar in backend engineering.

You will shape how models are used, orchestrated and evaluated, while delivering end-to-end AI features for our growing set of high-value customers.

The product is live with multiple high-value customers and a small number of deep design partners. Backed by experienced founders and strong early investors, they’re moving from early traction into scale, with AI at the core of the platform.

This is interesting because of the ownership and problem space. You’re working on agent systems that need to reason, operate across messy multimodal data, and deliver real outcomes in production.

Role
