This role is ideal for a land acquisition, business development, real estate, or renewable energy professional with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys building relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

The Role

You will play a key role in securing new development opportunities by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating land agreements for future onshore wind projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and securing suitable land for new onshore wind developments
• Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, municipalities, and local stakeholders
• Negotiating land agreements, lease contracts, and option agreements
• Supporting site screening and project feasibility assessments
• Working closely with development, permitting, and technical teams
• Monitoring regional market activity and development opportunities
• Contributing to the growth of the company's renewable energy portfolio in Germany

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, renewable energy, project development, infrastructure, or a related field
• Experience within the wind sector is advantageous but not essential
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sourcing opportunities
• Fluent German and professional English language skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required
• Based in Berlin, Leipzig, or the surrounding region
