Amazon Workforce Staffing is seeking a sortation associate for the DHE3 Knüllwald site. The role involves unloading and sorting packages, scanning with handheld devices, and moving items as part of daily logistics operations.

The position requires basic German or English, safety-first mindset, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will join a team with full-time shifts (early, late, night) and part-time options, with night bonuses and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in German and/or English/Polish.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
• Knowledge of safety and production standards is required.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €17,40

Salary

17.40€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.40€/h gross) and24 months(calculated 18.26€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,86 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,81 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Full-time shifts

• Early: 05:30 am – 01:00 pm
• Late: 03:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• Night: 01:00 am – 10:30 am

Part-time shifts:

• Early: 10:00 am – 14:00 pm
• Late: 06:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Night: 01:00 am – 10:30 am

Working week from Monday to Saturday, 5 working days

Some of your duties may include

• Unloading, lifting and transporting products
• Scanning, sorting and diverting packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers

You’ll also need to be able to

• Speak basic level of German or English language
• Follow our safety first approach and quality and production standards
• Be comfortable on your feet, as you may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hoursper shift.
• Lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and adhere to alljobrequirement and safety guidelines.
