Amazon Deutschland sucht Mitarbeitende für Schichtbetriebe am Standort Suelzetal, Bielefelder Strasse 9. Die Stelle ist fest befristet in Vollzeit (40 Stunden). Der Stundenlohn beginnt bei 15,65 € brutto im Tagdienst, mit regelmäßiger Anpassung nach 12 bzw.

24 Monaten auf 15,96 € bzw. 17,58 €. Zu den Aufgaben gehören das Entgegennehmen und Einlagern von Vorräten, das Zusammenstellen von Bestellungen, das Beladen von Lkws und das Arbeiten mit Scannern.

Aufgaben

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m

Jobbeschreibung

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

Salary

15.65€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 15.96€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 17.58€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Fixed term full-time position (40.00 h)

• Early: 06:00 am – 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)
• Late: 03:05 pm - 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Some of your duties may include

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 23kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Arabic, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
