Avantor sucht eine/n motivierte/n Lab Operations Associate (w/m/d) für unser Advanced Lab Services Team in Darmstadt. Sie übernehmen allgemeine Laboraushilfstätigkeiten, unterstützen die Instandhaltung von Laborgeräten und arbeiten an operativen Aufgaben am Standort bei einem führenden Pharmaunternehmen.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung als CTA, Chemikant oder Laborant abgeschlossen.
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Laborarbeit gesammelt.
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse, MS-Office-Paket.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Laborausstattung prüfen und Reparaturaufträge erstellen.
• Pipetten-Management: Kalibrierpläne erstellen und Berichte prüfen.
• Laborabfall Management: Abfälle entsorgen.
• Probenversand und Ausgabe von Proben.

The Opportunity:

Avantor sucht einen motivierten Lab Operations Associate (w/m/d) für unser Advanced Lab Services Team. In dieser Stelle sind Sie für allgemeine Laboraushilfstätigkeiten zuständig und helfen bei der Instandhaltung von Laborgeräten. Ihr Einsatzort wäre unser Kundenstandort, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen in Darmstadt. Diese Stelle eignet sich für BewerberInnen, die gerne erste Berufserfahrung in Laborabläufen sammeln und an operativen Aufgaben arbeiten möchten. Es handelt sich um eine auf drei Jahre befristete Vollzeitstelle. Neben der Grundvergütung und geregelten Arbeitszeiten bieten wir eine Pensionszulage, sowie Zugriff auf LinkedIn Learning.

Arbeitszeiten:

Montag-Freitag, flexibel 8 Stunden zwischen 06:00-19:00

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemisch-Technischer Assistent (w/m/d), Chemikant (w/m/d), Laborant (w/m/d) oder vergleichbar
• Erste Erfahrung in der Laborarbeit
• Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office Paket)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Hohes Engagement, Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind die Grundlagen Ihrer strukturierten kunden- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Management von Laborausstattung: Überprüfung auf Zustand und Erstellen von Reparaturaufträgen (z.B. für Augenduschen)
• Pipetten-Management: Erstellen von Kalibrierplänen und überprüfen von Kalibrierberichten
• Laborabfall-Management: Entsorgung von Abfällen (WIVA Tonnen / Flüssigmüll)
• Proben-Management: Proben-Versand und Ausgabe von Proben
