You will gather supplier quotes, draft construction sequences with coordinators, and support on-site managers with commercial issues.

Ideal candidates bring technical/constructive training or a related BA, strong MS Office skills, ERP experience, and a client-focused, organized work style with initiative.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently and promptly prepare cost estimates for customer-specific inquiries
• Monitoring the costed projects throughout the entire proposal and contract negotiation phase
• Obtaining and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Developing and drafting construction sequence concepts and schedules, in consultation with installation coordinators and project managers
• Preparing contract and labor cost estimates for project execution
• Preparation and development of change order proposals
• Supporting on-site project managers with commercial and technical matters

Your Profile

• Technical and/or business training (or a Bachelor of Arts degree in a construction-related field)
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction trade or the technical industry
• Strong technical understanding
• Enjoy working with customers, demonstrate initiative, and have a strong service orientation
• Independent, reliable, and organized work style
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with ERP systems
