Jobtailor is seeking a packaging developer for cosmetics to lead the end-to-end packaging process from concept to shelf, focusing on design-to-cost and sustainable solutions.

You will create robust technical specs, work with international suppliers, approve production, evaluate new materials, and standardize the portfolio while staying cost-conscious and quality-driven.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in packaging technology, plastics engineering, product design, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, more than two years of experience in packaging development—preferably in cosmetics, with a packaging user or manufacturer.
• Strong design sense and technical expertise.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, SolidWorks, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of cosmetics packaging and materials such as glass, plastics, and fiber-based materials.
• Experience creating technical specifications and logistics data.
• Strong cost awareness and a clear “design-to-cost” mindset.
• Good command of English for international communication.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
