About You - Collins GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a skilled HRIS/Data Analytics professional to manage HR systems landscape and implement organizational changes in our HRIS.

The role focuses on turning data into robust insights and ensuring timely data deliveries to Finance and Zalando, supporting IT Capex and CSRD contexts. You will identify automation opportunities, build solutions, and evaluate AI-powered approaches for P&O while adhering to GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own HR systems landscape (Personio, SmartRecruiters, Peakon) configuration, access and permissions, integrations and data quality
• Implement organizational changes in HRIS, from reorganizations and role models to performance cycles
• Ensure recurring and reliable data deliveries to Finance and Zalando, esp. IT Capex and CSRD
• Provide standard and ad-hoc analyses for P&O, management and external stakeholders, turning raw data into insights
• Identify opportunities for automation and build the solutions yourself
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions for P&O, considering GDPR, EU AI Act and co-determination

• You own our HR systems landscape (Personio, SmartRecruiters, Peakon by Workday), including system configuration, access and permissions, integrations, and data quality
• You implement organizational changes in our HRIS, from reorganizations and role models to performance cycles
• You ensure recurring and reliable data deliveries to, for example, Finance and our parent company Zalando, particularly in the context of IT Capex and CSRD
• You provide standard and ad-hoc analyses for P&O, management, and external stakeholders, turning raw data into robust insights and a solid basis for decision-making
• You identify opportunities for automation and build the solutions yourself rather than simply documenting them
• You evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions for P&O processes, taking GDPR, the EU AI Act, and co-determination requirements into account
• You contribute to cross-functional projects whenever HR technology or data is involved
