A dynamic fintech company within a well-established digital group is building the future of mobile banking, and they’re looking for a (Junior) Mobile Developer to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a modern banking experience from the ground up, working in an agile environment with flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making.

This is a great opportunity to build modern Android and iOS banking features in an agile environment with flat hierarchies, fast decisions, and close collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

You Will:

• design and develop the client's Bank app for Android and iOS.
• plan and design future-proof API interfaces and actively contribute to the technical architecture and app concept.
• optimize performance, UI responsiveness, and the native look and feel of the app for a first-class user experience on both platforms.
• work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to implement innovative features from idea to release.
• keep the tech stack continuously up-to-date by evaluating new mobile technologies and best practices such as CI/CD.
• ensure code quality through automated tests.

Requirements:

• A completed degree in computer science or a comparable field of study.
• Initial practical experience - ideally 1-2 years, e.g. through student work or internships
• Fluency in German and confidently in English.
• Familiar with agile development and ideally have initial experience with Scrum.
• You actively use AI tools in your daily development work and are open to trying out new tools like Claude Code.
