Jobtailor in Germany seeks a finance/controlling professional to join our international team of over 20 colleagues. You will monitor client budgets, prepare reports with international partners, and enter budgets into our internal system, ensuring all steps are recorded and tracked in our tools.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration with Finance/Controlling.
• Basic knowledge of controlling and accounting and strong numerical affinity.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office abilities.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Excellent German and English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• You are part of our international team of over 20 colleagues.
• You continuously monitor client budgets.
• You prepare internal and external reports together with international colleagues and clients.
• You enter budgets into our internal system and ensure that all steps in media buying are accurately recorded and tracked in our internal tools.
• You are responsible for the entire booking process — from initial placement to confirmation — consistently following our agency workflows and processes.
• You perform regular checks and ensure that all media bookings comply with client requirements and our internal quality standards.
• You act as the point of contact and interface between Procurement, Planning and Finance at an international level.
• You support the team on finance-related matters.

Requirements

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling and bring initial professional experience in a commercial role.
• You have basic knowledge of controlling and accounting and a strong affinity for numbers.
• You have advanced Excel skills and good MS Office abilities.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation.
• In addition to very good German skills, you also have very good English skills to communicate confidently with our international colleagues.
