Zusammenfassung

agnosco.net GmbH in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel sucht eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Bereich Content/Data Management. Sie betreuen digitale Produktkonfiguratoren unserer Kunden, pflegen Daten und koordinieren Änderungsanfragen aus internationalen Märkten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erste Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und Projektmanagement-Tools, idealerweise JIRA.
• Erfahrung in der Pflege von Website-, Produkt- oder Inhaltsdaten ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Sie betreuen die digitalen Produktkonfiguratoren unserer Kunden und sichern deren Genauigkeit und Funktionalität.
• Sie pflegen Produkt-, Geräte- und Konfigurationsdaten in Kundendatenbanken.
• Sie koordinieren Änderungsanfragen aus internationalen Märkten und setzen diese in JIRA um.

Your tasks

You support keeping our clients' digital product configurators current and reliable. The configurators help end customers select suitable products and equipment variants. You take in change requests from various markets and departments, maintain product and configuration data, and support adjustments from requirement through implementation to testing and publication.

• You look after our clients' digital product configurators and help ensure their accuracy and functionality.


• You maintain product, equipment, and configuration data in our clients' product databases.


• You coordinate change requests from international markets, align on them, and support their implementation in JIRA.


• You work as an interface between clients, internal teams, and external service providers.


• You test changes and check the correct display of products, variants, and content.


• You support the rollout of new products and features in various markets.


• You document changes and support users in first- and second-level support in English.

Your profile

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification


• Initial experience with ticketing and project management tools, ideally JIRA


• Initial experience maintaining and managing website, product, or content data is a plus


• Interest in digital products, data maintenance, and technical contexts


• Careful and structured way of working with a strong sense of quality


• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken


• Confident use of common MS Office applications


• Good organizational skills and a reliable approach to tasks, priorities, and deadlines


• Enjoyment collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external service providers
