RayAI Inc. is seeking a content specialist in Berlin to mine conversations and turn them into engaging real content for LinkedIn and the company pages. You will draft posts for founders, the team, and Ray AI's page, while building client case studies and blog content.

You will participate in weekly founder interviews, manage a simple content calendar, and turn long-form material into sharp short-form posts, monitoring what performs best to inform future content.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of tech/jargon and AI tools is a plus.

It's your job to find these stories, document them, turn them into engaging real content and distribute them to the www.

What you’ll own:

• Linkedin ghostwriting for both RAY founders and the RAY AI page.

• Client cases studies and success stories for the website.

• RAY AI Blog.

• Run the Team Content Programme: a simple incentive that gets more RAYs posting, with light editing support.

• Run the Anti-AI-Slop-Program. Make sure “this is not a coincidence — it's genuinely a revolution” - type writing is banned.

• Worldwide employer brand initiative (5 countries).

• Community management: Comments, Reddit discussions, Glassdoor reviews, Linkedin DMs.

What this looks like week to week:

• Sit in on calls and interviews to mine for content.

• Interview the founders weekly for Linkedin Posts.

• Draft posts for founders, the team, and RAY's page.

• Interview team members and clients.

• Run a simple content calendar.

• Turn long material (calls, interviews, voice memos) into sharp short-form posts.

• Track what performs. Do more of that.
