Doctolib в Берлине ищет опытного бэкенд‑инженера для разработки и внедрения функций для здоровья пользователей. Ваша задача — работать на стеке JVM (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot) с упором на безопасность, производительность и качество кода.

Doctolib operates a healthcare technology platform that provides web and mobile solutions for healthcare professionals and patients across Europe. Its cloud-native platform supports multiple languages and country- and specialty-specific healthcare requirements.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and ship features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients
• Design and implement robust back-end solutions focused on performance, security, and usability
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural choices shaping the long-term direction of the platform
• Navigate integration complexity across a broad partner ecosystem while balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability
• Champion AI-assisted development workflows and improve the team's proficiency with these tools
• Share expertise across teams through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and pair programming
• Evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards

Требования

• Strong back-end software engineering experience with the JVM ecosystem, including Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools in daily development
• Significant experience navigating integration complexity across large partner networks and diverse legacy systems
• User-first mindset and commitment to secure, well-tested, pragmatic code
• Strong testing culture and focus on code quality and system resiliency
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow through pair programming and cross-team collaboration
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Experience with Ruby on Rails, contributions to large-scale platform architecture discussions or technical roadmap planning
