Trust in SODA is seeking an experienced Team Lead for our backend engineering group in Hamburg. You will lead a product-oriented team, own core B2B platform services, and shape the architecture with a hands-on approach.

You will drive AI-assisted development while collaborating closely with Product Management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, deep Kotlin and Spring Boot knowledge, and strong experience with microservices, Kubernetes and modern databases.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Empowering leadership style: trust instead of micromanagement.
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
• Confident working with microservices, Kubernetes and production systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures, ideally Kafka.
• Interest in AI-assisted development; agentic AI practices is a plus.
