IVAM Microtechnology Network sucht einen IT System Architect (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Teststrategie und Qualitätssicherung in Erfurt. Sie gestalten IT-Konzepte, planen Tests und arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Entwicklung der Testautomatisierungsstrategie, das Change-Management für Software-Installationen und die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Tests und Fehlermanagement.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Vertiefung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Projektmanagement-Erfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur IT-Transformation/ERP-Systeme zu arbeiten.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich und mündlich.
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

Aufgaben

• Teststrategie definieren, Tools auswählen und automatisierte Regressionstests sowie Integrations-Tests etablieren.
• Change-Management für Software-Implementierungen planen und steuern; Koordination von Updates und Systemerweiterungen.
• Erstellung und Pflege globaler Dokumentationen, Standards und Verfahren.
• End-to-End-Verantwortung für Tests und Fehlermanagement.
• Projektleitung und Testplanung für nationale und internationale Initiativen.
• Koordination nationaler und internationaler Partner zur Entwicklung von IT-Konzepten und Testorganisation.

User Support

• Continuous support of business departments in resolving technical and operational issues
• Design, governance, and ongoing management of user and resource administration

System Administration

• Installation and validation of IT components, in particular the definition and implementation of the test automation strategy, selection of appropriate tools, and establishment of automated regression tests and recurring integration tests
• Organization and governance of change management for software implementations, upgrades, updates, and system extensions, with particular focus on the development and execution of the overarching program test plan, including clear definition of scope, timelines, entry/exit criteria, roles, and KPIs
• Creation and maintenance of global documentation, standards, and procedures
• End-to-end responsibility for test execution and defect management

Design and Operation of Highly Complex IT-Concepts, -Systems, and -Services

• Project leadership and strategic test planning for complex local and global initiatives
• Coordination of national and international partners in the development of IT concepts, in particular the orchestration of a cross-functional testing organization comprising internal teams and external partners
• Development of components of the IT strategy, specifically the definition and governance of the test strategy for the Next Level Program, encompassing all test levels as well as quality assurance governance, acceptance criteria, and formal approval processes
• Design of enterprise communication and reporting structures, in particular the establishment of transparent quality assurance and stakeholder communication through the definition of relevant KPIs, execution of quality gates with go/no-go recommendations, and regular reporting to steering committees and business stakeholders
• Execution of option and variant analyses and derivation of decision recommendations, including the solicitation and evaluation of complex proposals, particularly in relation to the test automation strategy
• Management and governance of complex application systems

Your Profile

• Completed university degree with advanced specialized qualifications (e.g. Master’s degree, PhD, Diploma) combined with extensive professional experience in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field
• Project management experience, Interest in IT transformations, and ERP systems
• Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
• Very good German skills and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and quick comprehension
