Key Responsibilities

This position involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair and may include participation in an on‑call rotation.

• Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
• Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
• Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment
• On-call rotation to react to off‑duty emergency calls
