Zusammenfassung

MAM Gruppe is seeking a senior IT security professional to architect and implement security across IT, cloud, network and OT environments. You will advise on security requirements from project inception, and drive secure design through to deployment.

Responsibilities include testing systems against security standards, leading third‑level SOC analysis, and coordinating incident response. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT training or a degree in information technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT security, ideally within critical infrastructure and/or OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of XDR systems, network and cloud security, identity and access management, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience hardening Linux and Windows servers and endpoints.
• Experience with security architectures such as Zero Trust, vulnerability management and OT security.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and/or BSI IT-Grundschutz, and implementing regulatory security requirements.
• Fluent German and English.

This is a senior, hands-on role covering everything from architecture to incident response, in an environment where IT security is treated as core business rather than a compliance requirement. You would work across systems where the consequences of getting it wrong are significant, and where the investment in doing it right reflects that. Security has a seat at the table on major projects here, rather than being brought in after the fact.
