Responsibilities for this role include:

• Operation, coordination & further development of modern platform solutions including an internal AI chatbot built in Microsoft Azure
• Close collaboration with Engineering & Data Management to implement intelligent, automated processes
• Monitoring and controlling external IT and AI service providers – including technical evaluation, security and data protection requirements
• Interface between business and tech teams. You’ll speak both ‘languages’ and get to the heart of the matter
• Ensuring stable and secure processes on the Azure platform
• Working with modern tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence

The ideal candidate will have:

• Technical background (e.g. DevOps, cloud engineering, platform operations). No daily coding is required, but you understand architecture and code
• Good knowledge of Azure, AI basics and modern cloud platforms
• Experience in service provider management and ensuring technical quality
• Ability to combine business logic and technical requirements
• Strong communication skills at all levels – from developers to international directors
• Structured, critical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Experience with platforms, automation or data processes (e.g. Databricks) is a plus
