Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine engagierte Lehrkraft für hybrides Lernen in den Bereichen Anwendungsentwicklung und Systemintegration. Sie gestalten Lernbausteine, binden Praxiserfahrungen ein und bereiten Teilnehmende gezielt auf IHK-Abschlussprüfungen vor.

Sie moderieren EduScrum Sessions, fördern Zusammenarbeit und Selbstorganisation in Lern-Gruppen und erstellen praxisnahe Lernmaterialien in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktteam.

Qualifikationen

• Fachinformatiker-Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik).
• AEVO Zertifikat ist von Vorteil.
• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre praktische IT-Erfahrung (z. B. Fachinformatiker, Softwareentwickler, Systemadministrator).
• Fließendes Deutsch (C1) und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Begeisterung fürs Unterrichten und Lernbegleitung.
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und klare, verständliche Erklärung komplexer Themen.

Aufgaben

• Planen und Leiten hybrides Training für AE/SI.
• Inhalte verständlich in Lernbausteine übersetzen und mit Praxisbeispielen anreichern.
• Teilnehmer gezielt auf IHK-Abschlussprüfungen vorbereiten (Übungen, Review, Feedback).
• EduScrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) moderieren und agilen Lernrhythmus sicherstellen.
• Lernmaterialien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteam erstellen und kontinuierlich verbessern.
• Qualität der Lehrinhalte didaktisch sicherstellen und Inhalte aktualisieren.

Jobbeschreibung

• You plan and lead instruction in a hybrid format (partly remote, partly on-site) for the specializations Application Development (AE) and/or System Integration (SI).
• You translate complex learning objectives into clear, digestible learning units and enrich them with examples from your own IT practice (e.g., programming, networking, IT security, cloud).
• You systematically prepare participants for the IHK final exams, including targeted practice exercises, intensive reviews, and constructive feedback.
• You facilitate eduScrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) and ensure a smooth, agile workflow in the daily learning routine.
• You foster collaboration and self-organization within learning groups and support them with strong conflict and feedback management.
• You produce practice-oriented learning materials in close collaboration with our product team. You are also responsible for the technical and didactic quality of the course and for continuously improving and updating teaching content and assignments.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker or a completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics).
• AEVO certificate (trainer aptitude examination) is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of practical IT work experience, for example as a Fachinformatiker, software developer, system administrator, or in a comparable role.
• Fluent German (minimum C1) and strong communication skills enable you to deliver learning content clearly and engagingly.
• You are enthusiastic about teaching others and actively supporting their learning.
• You work independently and explain complex topics logically and understandably.
• You have an affinity for (online) teaching / e-learning and web-based learning programs.
• You are available in the Bochum or Hamburg area.
