Zusammenfassung

TT-Line has been the bridge across the Baltic Sea for over 60 years, delivering secure, sustainable ferry services with a diverse team. We seek a seasoned cybersecurity specialist to implement strategy, monitor events, manage incidents, and lead vulnerability management across IT and OT projects.

You will collaborate across departments and with external partners to embed security in all initiatives. The role requires hands-on security expertise, strong communication, and stakeholder management,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Several years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security
• Strong knowledge and practical experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001
• NIS2
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies
• Strong networking and network security expertise, including Firewall administration
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring
• Good understanding of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and Zero Trust principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• Implement, and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework
• Monitor security events and coordinate incident response, investigation, and recovery activities
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Lead vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability assessments, prioritization, remediation planning, and verification
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure security is integrated into projects and new technology implementations
• Coordinate external penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security audits
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience initiatives
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization
• Prepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, and risk presentations for executive management
• Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor for strategic IT and OT initiatives

The area of responsibility includes:

To be expected:
