ATOSS Software SE is seeking a customer-oriented Interfaces Consultant to deliver seamless integration of our Workforce Management software with client systems. You will translate technical requirements into effective interface solutions and work closely with customers across industries, including SMEs to international enterprises.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, SAP interfaces, and modern web services, with a focus on clear communication in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a technical/scientific degree is required or strongly preferred.
• Hands-on software development experience and IT affinity are essential.
• Proficiency in German and strong English skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Support clients by implementing our software solutions and ensuring seamless integration.
• Analyze and implement interfaces between ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite (ASES) and other systems such as payroll providers and SAP.
• Maintain and support configured interfaces within a planned availability framework.
• Provide consultation on technical issues and application problems to customers.
• Engage with clients remotely to conduct meetings and ensure successful project delivery.

The Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented and technically adept Interfaces Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by implementing our software solutions and ensuring seamless integration into their systems. Your ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions will be key. If you enjoy working closely with customers and tackling technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Exciting projects in the area of technical integration and configuration of our software
• Diverse tasks across all industries, from SMEs to DAX companies and internationally operating corporations
• Analysis and implementation of interfaces between our software ASES (ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite) and other systems, such as popular payroll providers, ERP systems, SAP
• Maintenance and support for configured interfaces within a planned availability framework
• Maintenance of the necessary settings in ASES
• Consulting on technical issues and application problems
• A work routine without monotony
• Remote meet ups with our clients

Key Requirements

• A completed degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field
• Professional experience in the software environment and programming experience
• Knowledge of Groovy or Java as well as SAP interfaces (e.g., BAPI, flat files, web services), web services (REST and SOAP), and GraphQL
• IT affinity for using modern browser GUIs
• Experience and enjoyment in direct customer contact, ideally in an advisory capacity
• Deductive reasoning skills and the ability to simplify and clearly articulate complex requirements
• Fluency in German and very good English skills
