Mercor is seeking an experienced investor relations professional to lead in-house IR activities in a public company setting. You will own the earnings cycle end-to-end, including releases, scripts, Q&A, and proactive engagement with analysts.

You will also develop and refine investor materials, guidance scenarios, and the equity story to position Mercor effectively for shareholder audiences during quarterly results and key events.

About the work

We're building a high-quality library of public-company investor relations work products. You'll complete self-contained IR exercises from mock files (results packs, shareholder registers, analyst models) and produce the deliverable for each, graded against a rubric.

What you'll do

• Draft earnings releases, prepared remarks and Q&A briefings for a quarterly results call.
