Actalent is seeking a Mechanical designer/drafter for a contract position in Fort Worth, TX. You will create detailed drawings, assemblies and 3D models supporting custom manufacturing projects from concept to production.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers, ensure designs meet manufacturing standards and build documentation. Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD is required, with experience in Vault/PDM.

Join an innovative company specializing in the design and manufacture of wall systems for retail, construction, showroom, hospitality, and medical environments. The Drafter/Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, assemblies, and 3D models that support custom manufacturing projects from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Design, or a related field.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
