telli is seeking a Workplace Operations Intern to support our Berlin office, events, and day-to-day workplace experience as we scale an AI-driven startup.

You will help keep the office running, coordinate vendors, assist new joiners, and explore lightweight automations with no-code tools. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating great experiences.

This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade, and we intend to win it.

As the Workplace Operations Intern at telli, you help create the environment our team does its best work in. You support everything around our Berlin office, team events, and workplace experience - and get a front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company operates day to day. • coordinate with vendors and service providers for everything office-related
• learn to build small automations around workplace ops (ordering, inventory, requests) with AI and no-code tools
• jump in on ad-hoc tasks and support the team wherever help is needed
