Qualifikationen

• Student/in in beliebigem Studiengang, ideal: BWL/Psychologie/Learning-Design, Interesse an Lernen und Training.
• Fachkenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint; wir bringen dir alles Weitere bei.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Großes Interesse an Training, Lernen, Didaktik und digitalen Lernformaten sowie Teamarbeit.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Motivation und Neugier zur Weiterentwicklung.
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Fragen stellen und eigene Ideen einbringen.
• Praktikumsdauer ca. 5 Monate (ca. 750 h) im Rahmen deines Studiums – möglich danach als Werk student.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Planung und Umsetzung globaler Trainingsaktivitäten (virtuell & vor Ort).
• Mitwirkung bei Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Schulungsmaterialien in Deutsch und Englisch (z. B. PowerPoint, Videos, digitale Lernformate).
• Unterstützung bei der Administration unseres Learning Management Systems (Kursuploads, Reporting, Zuweisungen).
• Erhaltene Einblicke in innovative Lernmethoden und moderne Learning & Development-Konzepte.

Aufgaben:

• You support the planning and implementation of global training activities (virtual & on-site)


• You contribute to the creation and revision of training materials in German and English (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, videos, digital learning formats)


• You support the administration of our Learning Management System (e.g. course uploads, reporting, training assignments)


• You will gain insights into innovative learning methods and modern Learning & Development concepts

Qualifikation:

• You are studying in any field of study, ideally business psychology, psychology, learning or instructional design, media pedagogy, or a comparable field - more important to us than the specific degree is your interest in learning, didactics, and training management


• You are confident using MS Office (especially PowerPoint); we are happy to teach you everything


• You have good English skills for working in an international environment, German is a plus


• You have a strong interest in training, learning, didactics, and digital learning formats and enjoy working in a team


• You demonstrate strong communication skills, high motivation, and curiosity to further develop your professional skills


• Do you work independently, ask questions, critically reflect on topics, and contribute your own ideas


• You are also interested in a working student position after the internship (in consultation with the department)
