Zusammenfassung

Onsai GmbH sucht im Bereich Strategischer Einkauf ein Praktikum zur Einblicke in die Beschaffungsorganisation eines global tätigen Unternehmens. Sie arbeiten aktiv in Marktanalysen, Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern mit und lernen SAP-Anwendungen kennen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung bei Beschaffungsprojekten, die Koordination mit internen Bereichen und externen Lieferanten sowie die Teilnahme an Meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Im dritten Semester; ideal Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder Logistik.
• Einschreibung für den gesamten Praktikumszeitraum erforderlich bzw Gap Year.
• Erste Praxiserfahrung in Einkauf/Logistik von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
• Grundkenntnisse SAP R/3 und Datenbanken wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Aktive Teilnahme an Marktanalysen, Ausschreibungen, Angebotsbewertung und Verhandlungen in nationalem/internationalem Umfeld.
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung gruppenweiter Beschaffungsprojekte.
• Kommunikation/Koordination mit internen Fachabteilungen (Produktion, Engineering) und externen Lieferanten/Projektleitern.
• Teilnahme an Abteilungs- und Projektteam-Meetings.
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Teilaufgaben unter fachlicher Anleitung.

Internship Strategic PurchasingYou will gain an insight into the strategic purchasing organization of a globally operating company.You can actively contribute and develop your knowledge and personality with us.During your internship you will be part of our team. Your tasks will includeActive participation in market research, tendering, bid evaluation and negotiation in a national and international environmentAssisting in the successful implementation of Group-wide procurement projectsCommunication and coordination with internal specialist departments (production, engineering) and external companies (suppliers, project managers, architects, construction companies)Participation in department and project team meetingsLearning initial applications in SAPIndependent processing of sub tasks and projects under professional supervision

Qualifikation:
