Henkel offers a six-month full-time internship at our Düsseldorf headquarters, focusing on Strategic Marketing Product and Portfolio Management. You will support market strategy initiatives, coordinate SBUs and stakeholders, and develop product selector versions after Power BI onboarding.

The role requires enrollment in economics/marketing/industrial engineering/business chemistry, strong English (German a plus), solid MS Office skills, and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Power BI experience or high motivation to learn Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation of initiatives and projects to drive the market strategy.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with SBUs, functions, focus areas and other stakeholders to achieve goals of assigned projects.
• Prepare business presentations and documents and deliver them to business stakeholders.
• Track and support the implementation of activities for assigned initiatives and control the execution by the relevant parties.
• After a hands-on Power BI onboarding you will support end-to-end development of product selector versions according to SBUs needs in structure for market, application and regional customization.

About this Position

Join the Strategic Marketing Product and Portfolio Management team, and work on top priority projects within the change agenda of Henkel Adhesives Technologies, such as further rollout of product selector, sustainable portfolio transformation, and more.

What you’ll do

• Support the implementation of initiatives and projects to drive the market strategy
• Coordinate communication and collaborationwith SBUs (strategic-business-units), functions, focus areas and otherstakeholders to achieve goals of assigned projects
• Prepare business presentations anddocuments and deliver them to business stakeholders
• Track and support the implementation ofactivities for assigned initiatives and control the execution by therelevant parties
• After a hands-on Power BI onboarding youwill support us in the end-to-end development of product selector versionsaccording to SBUs need in structure regarding market, application and regional customization needs

What makes you a good fit

• Student who is currently enrolled in the field of economics,marketing, industrial engineering, business chemistry or a related field
• FluentEnglish language skills; German skills are an advantage
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications
• Power BI experience or high motivation to learn Power BI
• Strong technical literacy and analytical skills
• Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders as well as the ability to work with large groups of users

• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf for a duration of six months, ideally starting in October 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
